KBR is seeking a Mid-Level FMS Financial Analyst (Australia) to join our team. This position provides financial and business analysis support services for the integration and sustainment planning for the Australia F/A-18 (FMS) Program in Lexington Park MD.
Program Summary:
The F/A-18 and EA-18G Program Office (PMA-265) provides critical current and future capabilities in the form of total life cycle support management (cradle to grave) for the F/A-18A-D Hornet F/A-18E/F Super Hornet and EA-18G Growler weapons systems. PMA-265 is responsible for acquiring delivering and sustaining the F/A-18 and EA-18G aircraft ensuring mission success for U.S. Navy and Marine Corps aviators as well as international partners to include Australia Canada Finland Kuwait Malaysia Spain and Switzerland.
Role and Responsibilities:
Provides financial and/or accounting support to the Program Office BFM (Business Financial Manager) and other organizational support elements and other activities.
Performs managerial/cost accounting budgeting funding execution manpower management system support financial analyses financial tracking and overall financial support to provide efficient allocation and effective utilization of financial resources.
Provides support with a variety of management activities corporate initiatives special projects and data calls.
Basic Qualifications:
BA with 3 years of financial management experience two (2) of which must be within Department of Navy.
Must have an active Secret Clearance.
Must be able to travel up to 10% to including OCONUS travel/as required by contract.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including but not limited to advanced Excel skills.
Familiarity with FMS Financial Systems such as the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP).
Familiarity with Management Information System for International Logistics (MISIL).
Familiarity with Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP).
Familir with Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT).
Scheduled Weekly Hours:
40 hours/week
Compensation:
$83930 - $125840
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates location knowledge skills abilities and/or experience contract affordability and in consideration of internal parity.
