Raytheons Energetics and Propulsion Commodity Strategy Team is seeking uniquely talented leaders to fill this challenging and extraordinarily rewarding role. As a member of the Energetics and Propulsion Commodity Strategy team you will be responsible for architecting strategies and negotiating Raytheons strategic agreements.
What You Will Do:
- As an Agreements Strategy Lead you will support the Energetics and Propulsion Commodity Strategy Leads in developing commodity and agreement strategies preparing and evaluating RFPs and drafting and negotiating agreements with our supply base. Work will include all manners of agreements but specifically Collaboration Agreements Master Terms Agreements (MTA) and Long Term Agreements (LTA).
- The ideal candidate will possess the right experience creativity and instincts to identify opportunities and then shape agreements that are in the best interest of Raytheon our customers and suppliers by evaluating and structuring a contractual approach that drives value to the organization and ensures positive relational and performance impacts to the business.
- While architecting strategies and negotiations you will work closely with all stakeholders inside and outside of Supply Chain to evaluate feedback and ensure alignment. This will require outstanding communication skills especially the ability to listen to and receive stakeholder input and to communicate complex matters in a straight-forward simple manner so decisions are well understood and agreed upon.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University degree and 10 years relevant experience or and advanced degree in a related field and 7 years relevant experience.
- Experience working in the defense industry FAR/DFAR compliance requirements.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience with LTA/MTA documentation requirements in a defense contractor negotiations experience and prior in-depth knowledge of Energetic products.
- Prior experience of other supply chain functional areas and/or Acquisition or Commodity experience would be highly desirable.

The salary range for this role is 124000 USD - 250000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
