We are hiring for our next Content Production Coordinator at Worldwide Golf! This is a fully onsite position at our HQ in Santa Ana CA that requires full-time hours (M-F) with frequent travel and occasional weekends. See details below:
What We Offer:
This person will get the opportunity to capture content with the biggest brands in golf (Titleist TaylorMade Callaway etc.) and work directly with PGA Tour players.
Youll get an inside look and capture exclusive and pre-released equipment content before it hits the public.
Youll attend launch events vendor commercial shoots and other vendor-related occasions (prior shoots have included visiting Titleists TPI Callaways ECPC TaylorMades Kingdom and PINGs HQ)

Job Responsibilities Include:
Content Capture and Creation
On-site availability to capture film/photography of vendors products off-site shoots and interviews.
Film and photograph products in-store.
Operate cameras audio equipment and lighting setups to capture high-quality footage.
Capture B-roll footage interviews and testimonials to enhance the knowledge of our customers on new product(s).
Collaborate with the content team to develop creative concepts and ideas.
Postproduction and Editing
Edit and assemble recorded footage into high-quality videos for marketing materials Worldwide Golf website and other distribution channels (social/digital).
Enhance video and audio quality through color correction sound editing and other post-production techniques.
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistency in branding and visual style.
Support
Work directly with the Content Producer to generate production plans that support the execution of product development objectives on time and within budget.
Assist Social Media Manager and Social Media Coordinator with various projects.
Collaborate with other departments to provide asset support.
Stay updated on industry trends techniques and emerging technologies related to video post-production.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Content Manager and Director of Content.
Asset Generation and Distribution
Generate assets in multiple formats including video clips GIFs images and other visual content for distribution across various channels.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional videos social media assets website assets and mobile app assets.
Ensure assets are properly organized named and stored for easy retrieval and future use.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in video production and editing.
Qualifications Desired:
B.S./B.A. in Film Production Media or a related field is preferred but not required.
3 years of experience in content creation (film/video photography) from planning to execution is preferred (1 years of relevant experience will also be considered)
Previous experience in golf or sports industry is preferred but not required
Advanced skills in post-production software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve as well as Adobe Photoshop Adobe Lightroom or similar tools is preferred not required. Experience with motion graphics and animation software (e.g. Adobe After Effects) is a plus.
During the interview process we will ask for a link that showcases your previous work (portfolio video reel website business Instagram etc.) ideally in a golf or sports-related industry but not required.
Other Requirements:
Strong storytelling abilities and an understanding of visual narrative techniques. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to prioritize resources and deliver final products on time.
The job requires light physical effort moving and operating production equipment such as cameras tripods and lights. Ability to operate in a run & gun environment working independently to cover subjects while operating camera and audio simultaneously with a vision for the final edit. Ability to work non-traditional/extended hours (virtual events may vary by time zone).
Proficiency in operating professional cameras for video/photography audio equipment and lighting equipment. Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Passion for sports science and education with a basic understanding of terminology and concepts.
Openness to local travel up to 20% is required.
*Must be able to freely access all areas of the office including shipping area by sitting standing walking stooping bending at a 90 angle crouching kneeling climbing a ladder; ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds at any given time.
*The pay range for this position is $50000 - $70000 per year. Individual starting rate within this range may depend on geography experience expertise and education/training.
