Responsibilities and Duties
-Provide customers with solutions for their HVAC plumbing electrical and other home comfort needs
-Consult with potential and existing customers to provide a customized HVAC system solution including our maintenance program.
-Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads to offer any additional information as needed to convert them into sales
-Emphasize salable features quotes prices and credit terms and prepare sales orders for jobs sold
-Build and maintain customer relationships
-Assist and attend company marketing events
Skills and Abilities
- Confident with strong interpersonal skills and a true team player with the highest level of integrity.
- Organizational skills and a results-oriented self-starter attitude.
- A desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals.
-High School Graduate or General Education Degree Required (Associate Degree Preferred)
-Previous in home sales experience 1-3 years
-Pre-employment drug background and motor vehicle check
-Must be willing to work some evenings and weekends (depending on customer availability.)
-Business Professional Attire
Compensation is based off of weekly salary OR commission whichever is greater.
