Job Description
**Job Summary:**
We are currently seeking Warehouse General Labor/Dock Workers for our facility in Southaven Mississippi. This position does not involve travel and candidates must reside in the state of Mississippi. As part of the first shift team you will be responsible for offloading containers to pallets which may include handling products such as vacuums and hair dryers weighing between 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. You must be able to lift 25-50 lbs. consistently for extended periods. This role may involve overtime during peak seasons and offers a starting pay of $18.00-$19.00 per hour with additional incentive bonus pay based on performance.
**Qualifications:**
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs. regularly
- Willingness to work first shift Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
- Entry-level candidates are welcome as we provide training on the job
- Must reside in the state of Mississippi
**Responsibilities:**
- Offload containers to pallets
- Handle and move products weighing between 25-50 lbs.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines
- Participate in possible overtime during peak seasons
- Collaborate effectively with team members
