Business Development Representative (Remote - US Hours)

We re seeking a senior-level Business Development Representative (BDR) who is self-motivated sales-driven and thrives in a fast-paced remote environment. This is a contract-based full-time role. Strong English proficiency is essential; a South African accent is preferred.
Compensation
Total: $3000 USD/month
Base: 50 65 of total comp
Commission: Remainder (potentially uncapped)
Pre-qualify inbound leads and set appointments for Marketing Consultants
Conduct 20 40 discovery calls weekly with remodeling and custom home-building business owners
Follow up via email phone and text with engaged prospects
Record detailed notes and manage leads in HubSpot CRM
Track key metrics (show rates conversion rates etc.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine processes
Fluent well-spoken English (South African accent preferred)
3 years in a BDR SDR or similar sales role
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
HubSpot CRM experience
Positive growth-oriented mindset and self-discipline
Consultative high-touch sales background
Advanced HubSpot expertise
Digital marketing and/or residential construction experience
High emotional intelligence and people skills
Ability to coach and mentor teammates
Comfort with feedback and continuous improvement
