Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Graphic Designer you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for a variety of marketing and communication materials. You will work closely with our marketing and communications team to develop creative concepts and designs that align with our brand image and messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and visually appealing designs for a variety of marketing and communication materials including but not limited to brochures flyers posters social media graphics and website content
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to understand project objectives and develop design concepts that effectively communicate our message and brand image
- Use your knowledge of design principles and industry trends to create designs that are aesthetically pleasing and effective in achieving our marketing goals
- Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and maintain a high level of quality and professionalism
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver projects on time
- Work closely with the printing and production team to ensure final designs are produced accurately and meet our standards
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in design software and techniques to continuously improve and enhance our design capabilities
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in graphic design preferably in a healthcare or medical setting
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign)
- Strong understanding of design principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of printing and production processes
- Portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects
