Were looking for a Sales Manager who thrives in a fast-paced people-first environment and is ready to lead from the front.
What Youll Do:
As our Sales Manager you are the heartbeat of the studios success. Youll be responsible for driving membership sales building strong client relationships and creating a positive and energetic environment for our team and members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive New Membership Sales through in-person phone and digital outreach
- Lead Front Desk Team to ensure exceptional customer service and goal achievement
- Track and Report Key Performance Metrics including conversion rates and revenue
- Create a Community Culture by engaging with members and hosting local events
- Collaborate with Ownership and Instructors to ensure a seamless studio experience
Who You Are:
- A motivated leader with at least 12 years of sales or fitness studio experience
- A confident communicator who can close sales with energy and authenticity
- Organized and goal-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passionate about health wellness and helping others achieve their goals

Schedule Requirements:
This role requires a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and some holidays as needed to support studio operations and events.
