ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY - Insurance Coverage - Hybrid
Join a respected team in complex insurance litigation. We seek a candidate with strong insurance analysis and litigation experience capable of managing cases independently while contributing to larger projects.
Salary $120000 to $150000 along with benefits like Medical Dental Vision 401(k) Life Insurance and Paid Time Off.
As part of a leading litigation law firm in the Northeast youll gain hands-on experience and work on diverse cases that promote professional development.
As an insurance coverage attorney/litigator youll handle complex cases analyze policies draft coverage opinions and create persuasive motions. Youll also communicate with clients and conduct legal research.
Skills Needed
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to the Massachusetts State Ba
- 3-6 years of experience in insurance coverage litigation
- Strong research and writing skills are essential
