Job Description
We are working closely alongside with Achieve Together to assist with the appointment of a Support Worker on a 1-month contract likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: 12.21 - 14.82 per hour
Summary:
Achieve Together is seeking compassionate dedicated and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our team . In this role you will support individuals with learning disabilities autism and complex needs empowering them to live independently and achieve their personal goals. Youll be part of a team that truly makes a difference in peoples lives helping them lead fulfilling and meaningful lives within their community.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality person-centered care and support tailored to individual needs.
- Assist individuals with daily living tasks including personal care meal preparation medication and household chores.
- Monitor and report on individual progress and maintain accurate records.
- Adhere to all health safety safeguarding and company policies and procedures.
- Participate in team meetings training and continuous professional development.
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care
- First Aid Certification
- Medication Administration Training
Essentials:
- Previous experience working in a care or support environment
- Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities autism or complex needs
- Knowledge of person-centered planning and positive behaviour support
Please note:
- You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
- You should have right to work in U.K
- This role requires an Enhanced DBS
