Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our ERP implementation team. In this role you will assist in planning executing and finalizing ERP projects according to deadlines and within budget. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience working in the ERP industry and a strong interest in project management and enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the planning and coordination of ERP project activities across multiple departments.

Assist in defining project scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior project managers and stakeholders.

Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Prepare project documentation including status reports meeting minutes and timelines.

Coordinate with technical teams consultants and business users to ensure timely task completion.

Identify and manage project risks and issues escalating as needed.

Help monitor resource allocation and task assignments.

Ensure adherence to project management best practices and ERP implementation methodologies.
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems Computer Science or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in ERP projects (e.g. Oracle NetSuite SAP Microsoft Dynamics Odoo etc.).

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Jira Asana MS Project).

Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic understanding of ERP system functionality and workflows.

PMP CAPM or other project management certification is a plus (not mandatory).
