Job Description

Are you a creative NYSC corps member with a passion for storytelling branding and digital media Do you want to grow your career in a people-focused fast-paced and impactful environment

Join us as our Community & Social Media Manager (NYSC) and help us amplify our voice connect with our audience and shape conversations around work leadership and transformation.

What You ll Do
  • Manage and grow our social media presence across LinkedIn Instagram X (Twitter) Facebook WhatsApp and TikTok
  • Design and post branded content using Canva and scheduling tools like Meta Suite
  • Create captions that reflect our voice and values
  • Engage actively with our community: respond to comments messages and mentions
  • Cover events and campaigns (virtual and physical)
  • Monitor trends and suggest content ideas and collaborations
  • Track engagement data and share insights for improvement
  • Support our newsletter internal comms and thought leadership initiatives


Requirements

  • Current NYSC corps member (Posted to Lagos)
  • Passion for communications branding and community building
  • Excellent writing and digital storytelling skills
  • Basic graphic design (Canva is great!)
  • Social media savvy and proactive mindset
  • Bonus: Experience managing a brand or personal page


Benefits

Work Schedule: Hybrid
Salary: N50000
Data Allowance
Proximity to Yaba is preferred
