Das sind Deine Aufgaben
Untersttze uns im gesamten Prozess des Fahrzeugeinkaufs. Gemeinsam mit Deinem Team arbeitest Du in einer Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen internen Fachbereichen unseren Referenten im Einkauf und dem Autohandel. Du betreust den gesamten Prozess von der Bestellung bis zur Rechnungsprfung und -buchung. Weiterhin pflegst Du die Fahrzeugdaten Nachlsse und Subventionen und bringst Dich aktiv bei der Digitalisierung und Automatisierung der Prozesse ein. Du bist kompetenter Ansprechpartner (w/m/d) bei fachspezifischen Fragen und leistest auch bei Ausschreibungen und Projekten Support.
Das bringst Du mit
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmnnische Ausbildung idealerweise als Automobilkaufmann (w/m/d)
Erste Berufspraxis im Einkauf und in der Disposition von Neu-/Gebrauchtfahrzeugen wnschenswert. Wir freuen uns aber auch ber Quereinsteiger aus anderen Branchen.
Idealerweise erste Erfahrung in der Kfz-Branche und Interesse an aktuellen Marktentwicklungen
Kompetenter Umgang mit MS Office insbesondere mit Word Excel und Outlook
