Who you are:
You are a seasoned Project Manager who excels at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. You are highly skilled in influencing and communicating and take pride in delivering projects on time while exceeding customer expectations. You take time to understand the organization roles processes and technology to ensure that they all work in tandem to deliver great outcomes.
You have strong experience helping teams develop processes roll out new systems and ensure they are integrated into daily operations ultimately guiding transitions from project launch to long-term sustainability. Above all you take pride in leading high-impact projects with the end goal of delivering value to the organization and to your stakeholders.
What you will do:
- Develop detailed project schedules work plans resource requirement estimates and other planning elements to define and manage CIRA projects.
- Apply a high degree of rigor in using project management methodologies standards and best practice techniques.
- Manage multiple and concurrent projects from the planning phase through successful implementation project closure and post launch support.
- Develop and utilize plans to map the step-by-step minute-by-minute processes necessary for dry runs and actual migrations of customer data from legacy platforms onto CIRAs product platform.
- Work alongside product managers and development teams to understand long-term product planning and roadmaps which-will inform the project-requirements.
- Engage with stakeholders to communicate the vision benefits and impacts of change while addressing concerns.
- Act as the bridge between CIRA and the customer driving solutions for the business.
- Manage multiple initiatives to support CIRAs strategies including the development of new Professional Services offerings.
What you bring:
- 10 years of experience in Project Management within technology environments.
- Extensive experience overseeing and leading complex cross-functional projects on time
and
with proven valuable strategic and customer impact. - Experience working with diverse stakeholders advancing large scale change management.
- Ability to
work within project environments that have a degree of ambiguity. - Proficient in interpreting contracts and agreements with the ability to manage project deliverables and implement change management processes in alignment with contractual obligations.
- Knowledge of a variety of project planning approaches and methodologies (e.g. predictive waterfall agile).
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to influence decision makers.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is considered an asset.
