Vita Inclinata is looking for a dynamic focused and driven Executive Assistant. This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-trust high-impact role working directly with the CEO of a company thats scaling across industries and borders. As Executive Assistant you wont just be keeping the trains running on time youll be embedded in the core of the companys most critical decisions operations and relationships.
Youll help drive both personal and business priorities that directly affect the CEOs ability to lead effectively. From organizing global travel on short notice to facilitating board meetings engaging with international stakeholders and managing competing demands youll be the person behind the scenes making it all possible.

What Youll Do:
- Manage all facets of the CEOs life personal and professional to ensure theyre where they need to be when they need to be with what they need.
- Handle rapid travel logistics (international and domestic) including up to 50% travel alongside the CEO sometimes with just a couple days notice.
- Plan facilitate and follow through on board meetings investor discussions and critical executive sessions.
- Jump into ambiguous environments ask smart questions and execute without handholding.
- Be a thought partner not just a doer. Bring ideas raise flags and help solve problems before they become problems.
- Operate with extreme discretion and professionalism while managing confidential matters.

Compensation
In compliance with Colorados Equal Pay for Equal Work Act the compensation for this role is $60000 - $90000 per year ( stock in Vita Spot Bonuses 401k ) however Vita Inclinata Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience education/training and key skills.
