Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and articulate Call Center Agent to join our growing team in Sandy Springs GA. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers providing support resolving inquiries and ensuring a high-quality client experience through professional communication.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a courteous and efficient manner
Resolve customer questions complaints and requests accurately
Document interactions and update customer records in the system
Provide product and service information clearly and effectively
Follow communication scripts and company procedures
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information
Meet performance targets and call quality standards
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree is a plus
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong listening problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Proficient in basic computer applications and call center software
Reliable punctual and committed to excellence in customer support
