We are looking for a Telesales Agent with prior experience in the solar industry to support our operations in Kenya. This is a great opportunity for someone who understands the solar market and is skilled at building strong customer relationships over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Explain solar products and services clearly and effectively
Convert leads into sales and meet monthly targets
Address customer queries and provide product-related support
Maintain accurate records of calls sales and customer interactions
Requirements:
Minimum 1 2 years of telesales or call centre experience
Prior experience in the solar industry is mandatory
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Ability to handle objections and work under pressure
Proficient in English and Swahili (preferred)
