Messa Sync is currently seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Advertising Agent to join our Tampa FL team. In this role you will be responsible for creating managing and executing advertising campaigns across multiple formats to meet our clients goals. Youll collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and align with brand messaging.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and implement advertising campaigns according to client objectives and budget
Coordinate with internal teams to develop content graphics and promotional strategies
Conduct market research to identify trends and assess campaign effectiveness
Analyze advertising performance and prepare progress and ROI reports
Monitor competitor activity and industry developments
Maintain client communication and provide campaign updates and recommendations
Ensure all advertising materials comply with company and legal standards
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Communications or related field
13 years of experience in advertising or campaign management preferred
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in advertising platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
