Join EMCD as a BDM Partnerships Asia Region.
Shape the future of crypto infrastructure with us!
Were looking for a motivated and relationship-driven BDM Partnerships to join our global team at EMCD the largest mining pool in Eastern Europe and a trusted name in crypto infrastructure. This role is focused on developing long-term partnerships across Asia with full flexibility to work remotely from anywhere including Hong Kong Taiwan Singapore or other key markets in the region.
Youll be promoting our EMCD Mining Pool building lasting relationships with industry players and driving business growth through strategic collaborations. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to influence EMCDs presence in one of the most exciting and rapidly evolving regions for crypto adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Promote EMCD Mining Pool services to prospective partners across Asia.
- Identify and approach potential clients in the crypto and mining ecosystem.
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to negotiation and closing deals.
- Build and maintain long-term trust-based business relationships.
- Independently generate leads through networking cold outreach and market insights.
- Work closely with international teams to align on goals and regional strategies.
- Track your performance and contribute to team growth and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Native-level Chinese and strong English communication skills.
- Experience in tech sales (crypto cloud SaaS fintech or related industries).
- Understanding of the following domains: crypto mining blockchain infrastructure mining pools and mining equipment
- Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
- Goal-oriented mindset and self-discipline in remote environments.
