Job Description

No Experience Necessary - All Training Provided by Rapids Water Park
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform opening and closing procedures
  • Ensure safety of the property employees and customers
  • Report suspicious activities to management or police officers
  • Keep a clean and safe workplace
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service standards
  • Obtain knowledge of facility and amenities to assist customers
  • Follow all park policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
  • Ability to communicate effectively with public customers and staff members
  • Be aware attentive work well with others and accept guidance and supervision
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays to meet business needs
Physical Demands:
  • Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift carry move and/or position items weighing up to or in excess of 25 pounds.
  • Must be able to endure work environments of excessive heat
  • Must follow guidelines on staying hydrated eating properly and using sunscreen
