Our client a global leader in advanced materials manufacturing and a key player in the industrial chemicals sector is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Logistics to join their Bangkok office.

Position: Head of Logistics
Location: Bangkok Thailand
Full-time Regional Scope Leadership Role
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end logistics and distribution strategy for Asia and/or global markets
Oversee transportation warehousing customs compliance and export/import operations
Optimize supply chain performance and drive cost efficiencies
Collaborate with manufacturing procurement and commercial teams across geographies
Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and key carriers
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
Lead logistics digitization initiatives to drive transparency and agility
Build and mentor a high-performing logistics team
What Were Looking For:
12 years of experience in logistics/supply chain roles with 5 years in a senior leadership capacity
Background in manufacturing chemicals automotive or related industries preferred
Strong knowledge of global logistics trade compliance and freight forwarding
Excellent analytical negotiation and vendor management skills
Comfortable working in a matrix multinational environment
Fluent in English (Thai is a plus)
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
