Summary:
Head of Marketing will be responsible for leading and executing the overall marketing strategy to support the growth brand positioning and customer engagement goals. You will drive strategic initiatives across brand management product marketing customer acquisition digital marketing and loyalty programs while ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with corporate goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the execution of annual and seasonal marketing strategies aligned with the business objectives and market dynamics.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns for new and existing financial products and services ensuring effective market penetration and ROI.
- Define and manage the marketing budget ensuring optimal allocation and cost-efficiency across channels.
- Establish and maintain a strong consistent brand identity across all touchpoints including branches websites mobile apps marketing materials and social media.
- Oversee the design production and distribution of promotional content including brochures digital ads video content and PR materials.
- Manage national branch branding ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines and localized relevance.
- Conceptualize and implement customer acquisition activation and retention campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
- Design and manage customer loyalty and rewards programs to increase engagement and cross-selling of products.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze metrics to continuously optimize effectiveness.
- Act as the representative in public relations initiatives media interactions and corporate communication efforts.
- Liaise with PR agencies to plan and execute press releases interviews and media campaigns targeting key stakeholder groups.
- Cultivate strong relationships with financial and mainstream media outlets.
- Drive the digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM social media content marketing and performance advertising.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Product Development Compliance IT and Retail Banking to align marketing initiatives.
- Manage third-party vendors and agencies to ensure timely high-quality and budget-aligned delivery of marketing assets.
- Conduct market surveys brand audits and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
- Track review and report on marketing KPIs campaign performance and brand health to senior leadership.
- Ensure all marketing practices adhere to banking regulations and internal compliance standards.
