Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our brand management social media PR & events and performance marketing initiatives in Baghdad-Iraq. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Fashion and Cosmetics industries (Exposure to Technology Industry will be a plus). You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility foster customer engagement and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Management:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the companys vision and goals.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms enhancing brand positioning within the market.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on trends in fashion cosmetics and technology.
- Create implement and oversee social media campaigns that engage target audiences and drive brand awareness.
- Manage content creation ensuring that it aligns with brand guidelines and trends in the fashion and tech industries.
- Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Develop and maintain relationships with media influencers and other stakeholders to promote the brand through press releases interviews and event sponsorships.
- Plan and execute PR initiatives including media events product launches and brand collaborations.
- Represent the brand at key industry events ensuring positive media coverage and brand alignment.
- Drive customer acquisition through performance marketing channels (PPC SEO SEM paid social etc.).
- Manage and optimize marketing campaigns to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation conversion rates and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Collaborate with the analytics team to monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to ensure optimal results.
- Work closely with product sales and creative teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
- Provide leadership to the marketing team fostering innovation and creativity in all marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in marketing Business Communications or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in marketing with a focus on brand management social media PR and performance marketing.
- Strong experience in both the technology and fashion/cosmetics industries.
- Proven success in managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital and traditional platforms and launching products and brands.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling brand narratives.
- Ability to manage budgets analyze data and report on marketing performance.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Skills:
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics Facebook Ads Manager and CRM platforms.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and performance metrics.
- Experience working with influencers and managing brand partnerships in the fashion and beauty space.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and adapt to changing trends.
- The Ability to oversee multiple projects and insure we are completed on time within the budget.
- Strategic thinking long-term marketing plan ability to develop long term marketing strategy aligned with marketing goals.
