Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Location:
Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD (based on experience)

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

About the Company:

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and facilitate seamless interactions between clients and suppliers. This role requires strong multitasking abilities a proactive mindset and experience in vendor and client management. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy well-organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for customers and suppliers ensuring excellent communication and service.
  • Provide comprehensive support to sales representatives in managing client and vendor relationships.
  • Utilize Notion Zoho CRM and Microsoft Suite to track sales manage documentation and streamline operations.
  • Understand and manage Purchase Orders (PO) and Sales Orders (SO) to support drop shipping operations.
  • Ensure timely tracking of PO releases for logistics coordination.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve invoice discrepancies.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure all orders are processed and delivered on schedule.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a ready-to-jump-in attitude.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles vendor management or administrative support.
  • Proficiency in Notion Zoho CRM and Microsoft Suite (Excel Outlook Word PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently across multiple stakeholders.
  • Understanding of Purchase Orders (PO) and Sales Orders (SO) for drop shipping.
  • Experience in the food wholesale or retail industry is a plus.
  • Availability to work Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
