Job Description Summary
The Sculpture Studio Assistant is responsible for maintaining a safe clean and organized work environment within the studio. Key duties include enforcing studio policies ensuring compliance with safety dress codes and cleaning and organizing tools and workspaces. The assistant will be trained to supervise the use of power tools the Fibre Lab 3D printers and basic studio operations. This role supports the Studio Manager by following assigned duties and providing oversight to ensure a safe and productive space for all studio users.
Responsibilities
The Sculpture Studio Assistant will oversee compliance of studio policies & maintain a safe work environment. Responsibilities include cleaning power tools after usage tidying & organizing studio tool room & patio working space. Ensure students using the studio follow safety dress code & rules. Selected candidate will be trained on & then supervise power tool usage Fibre Lab 3D Printers basic studio operations & follow instructions and duties as given by Studio Manager.
Required Qualifications
Basic understanding of studio safety protocols and best practices.
