IT Testing Technician(Refurbishing Technician) Seasonal Work (Summer)

The Company
Cascade Asset Management was formed in 1999 to provide comprehensive information technology equipment retirement services for businesses institutions and municipalities.The company now operates full scale processing facilities in Wisconsin Indiana and Florida and collects between 300 - 400 tons of computers office electronics consumer electronics and test equipment each month from sites across North America. Cascade is a national leader in responsible IT Asset Retirement solutions for businesses and institutions across North America.
The Position
Were looking for good quality peopleinterested in technology to work in our Refurbishing department testing and wiping data from IT equipment. Technicians test and audit multiple types of equipment including but not limited to computers monitors printers servers smart phones networking appliances and hard drives.Knowledge of computers and electronic equipment preferred but not required. We will train!
You offer:
- Proven attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a collaborative environment
- Experience with testing and troubleshooting of electronics preferred
- Experience with data removal in electronic devices a plus
- Ability to work on a variety of tasks that change often
- Proficiency in computer use including experience with data entry email Microsoft Office applications internet search engines and other software as needed

Salary Range:Full-time non-exempt $18.42 $24.71depending on experience and qualifications
