Job Description

This is a remote position.

Support Critical Systems from Anywhere

Ambs Chemical LLC is hiring an Instrument Technician to assist with remote monitoring and diagnostics of industrial equipment. This entry-level technical role offers hands-on learning and direct impact on real-time operations.

About Ambs Chemical LLC

We provide specialty chemical solutions for energy agriculture and environmental industries. Our focus on safety and automation has created new technical roles to help us support and scale our operations nationwide from anywhere in the U.S.

Responsibilities:

Monitor dashboards and sensor systems for anomalies

Log equipment data and prepare performance reports

Assist with remote diagnostics and minor system resets

Communicate findings to field teams or engineers

Support documentation and safety reporting

Requirements

Associate degree or technical coursework preferred (not required)

Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn monitoring tools

Entry-level candidates welcome

U.S. residency with stable internet and a quiet workspace

Proven experience as a software engineer, developer, or programmer Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, JavaScript, , or C# Familiarity with web frameworks such as Django, Flask, React, or Angular Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar databases Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote setting Bonus: Experience in manufacturing or chemical industry environments
