Have you ever coached a team facilitated a program or worked as a group leader This may be the role for you! Concord Park isseeking a patient innovative programmer who is creative friendly compassionate and organized. This person will be creating scheduling and implementing therapeutic programs for our a small cohort of Assisted Living residents who are experiencing and adjusting to living with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI).

Annual rate starting at $50000
