What You Will Achieve

In this role you will:

• Manage product finishing scheduling set up operate maintain and adjust processes or packaging equipment.
• Maximize quality and efficiency complete batch records and associated documentation and work in an integrated computerized manufacturing environment providing feedback on issues and errors with Good Manufacturing Practices documentation.
• Develop skills in team effectiveness and communication contributing to team goals.
• Manage personal time and professional development being accountable for results.
• Execute routine tasks by following prescribed steps within agreed timeframes.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

• High School Diploma or GED with any years of experience
• Strong foundation in manufacturing experience
• Proficiency in math and reading skills for comprehending Standard Operating Procedures Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Batch Records
• Ability to apply basic algebra and geometry concepts
• Excellent communication skills
• Evidence of strong team interaction and leadership abilities
• Familiarity with Microsoft Applications

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)

• Knowledge of GMPs and Food Sanitation in a food or dietary supplement manufacturing plant
• Experience in a pharmaceutical or similar regulated industry
• Technical skills in operating and maintaining packaging equipment
• Problem-solving skills in a structured environment
• Ability to work under close supervision and follow established guidelines
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

• Job tasks may include frequent bending lifting and twisting motions. Ability to stand upright for several consecutive hours. Absence of any medical restrictions which could restrict completion of all required duties. Additional demands are area specific.
• Colleague may be exposed to airborne particles which requires appropriate safety protection noise levels may require protective hearing devices eye protection required. Practices and promotes safe working environmental at all times. Area specific gowning will be required.

The salary for this position ranges from $1789 to $2982 per hour. In addition this position offers eligibility for overtime weekend holiday and other pay premiums depending on the work schedule and the Companys policies.
