Were seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to spearhead growth in the luxury packaging space. This role focuses on selling high-end packaging solutions-custom gift boxes premium materials luxury ribbons and eco-friendly designs-to upscale clients across industries.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in luxury packaging including gift boxes and decorative materials.
Build strong long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
Present tailored packaging solutions that include premium finishes eco-conscious options and custom designs.
Provide accurate quotes process orders and ensure customer satisfaction from pitch to delivery.
Collaborate with internal design and production teams to meet client expectations and deadlines.
Keep detailed records of sales activities client interactions and deal outcomes in CRM systems.
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings to remain a trusted advisor to clients.
Represent the brand at trade shows industry events and through digital marketing initiatives.
Prior sales experience in packaging materials or luxury goods is highly preferred.
Strong product knowledge of luxury packaging formats including custom boxes ribbons embossing foiling and eco-packaging.
Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle and meet or exceed targets.
Organized self-motivated and capable of managing multiple accounts and deadlines.
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).
