Senior Solution Analyst

As the Senior Solution Analyst on MHMRs EHR Business Alignment Team specializes in specific clinical applications ensuring their efficiency and alignment with business objectives. They provide expertise in workflow analysis process improvement and business analysis best practices to enhance MHMRs operational efficiency. With expert knowledge of EHR products they recommend implementation best practices and develop process design recommendations. They collaborate closely with stakeholders to assess enterprise impact ensuring business success and facilitating communication between business and technology teams.
Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree
Defined Education: Computer Science Information Technology or Health and Human services
Preferences: None
Substitutions: High School Diploma/GED and twelve (12) years experience; Associate degree and ten (10) years experience
Years Experience: Eight (8) years
Defined Experience: Five (5) years of health care information technology implementation two (2) years Netsmart EHR solution work experience and one (1) year of project management
License/Certifications: Valid Texas Drivers License
