Qualification- Graduation mandatory
Experience- 1 to 10 years (Life insurance)
Language-English & Kannada
Package- 20k to 50k
Work time- 9 to 5
Working Days- 6 days
Age- below 39
Location- Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
Team Building: Recruit train and develop a team of insurance agents to achieve business goals.
Sales Management: Guide and motivate the team to generate insurance business by engaging with potential clients in the field.
Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with agents ensuring they are equipped and motivated to meet targets.
Market Expansion: Identify new opportunities and drive business growth in your assigned territory.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through effective team leadership and individual contributions.
