We are looking for a Training Academy Assistant to join our high caliber team.

Responsibilities

  • Support in organizing in-person seminars and events for the group.
  • Inspection of equipment and facilities at the educational center ensuring suitable conditions for the smooth conduct of seminars and events.
  • Welcome and hospitality for participants.
  • Support for online seminars and events for the group.
  • Updating the companys information system and the training website.
  • Registration and verification of participants invoicing for seminars collection of evaluations and updating the corresponding information system.
  • Communication with clients to secure participation and resolve inquiries.
  • Secretarial support for the department.

Qualifications Skills

  • Organizational and communicative skills goal-oriented for the department.
  • Ability to manage parallel tasks.
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365.
  • Ability to support flexible working hours.
  • Familiarity with remote education technologies and platforms as well as equipment in educational rooms (projectors computers cameras etc.) will be considered as a plus.
  • Previous experience in a similar position will be considered as a plus.
  • Knowledge of Soft1 will be considered as a plus.
