Your role and responsibilities
Were seeking a motivated individual to become the driving force behind the newly formed Mid Anglia Community Rail Partnership. In this rewarding role youll collaborate closely with the Partnership Board Greater Anglia railways council colleagues and various stakeholders to achieve the boards strategic objectives. Youll enhance passenger growth and loyalty by organising engaging public events conferences and special train services while simultaneously managing essential business operations including maintaining meticulous meeting records accounts and overseeing the Action Plan for promotional activities. Working alongside station adopters and volunteers youll play a crucial role in elevating the passenger experience from station arrival to final destination.
This position offers the perfect balance of teamwork and autonomy as youll receive support from both the council and board while having the freedom to work independently and flexibly to achieve meaningful outcomes for the community and railway network.
