Are you currently at college or university and finding it tough to land that first job Volunteering could be the perfect stepping stone. Just a few days a week can make a big difference - helping you gain hands-on experience build your confidence and enhance your CV with real-world skills that employers value.
This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in a fast-paced people-focused environment where no two days are the same. Ideally the placement would be for a minimum of three months with the possibility of extending the placement. Hours are flexible but weve found that working consistent full days helps volunteers feel more connected and part of the team.
As a Volunteer Recruitment Assistant youll support a variety of tasks that keep our recruitment process running smoothly. Its a hands-on role thats perfect for someone who enjoys being busy and making a difference.

Please note that we will require a reference from your college/university and at least one reference from someone who has known you for a minimum of three years. Where professional references are unavailable two personal references will be sought.
