Are you a skilled Insolvency Solicitor looking to join a leading Yorkshire law firm with a strong commercial reputation and a growing Business Recovery & Insolvency team This is an excellent opportunity to handle high-quality complex work in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Recovery & Insolvency Solicitor with 5 years PQE to work on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters. Youll act for a wide range of clients including insolvency practitioners lenders companies and directors.
Your work will include:
Advising on corporate and personal insolvency matters
Supporting administrations liquidations and voluntary arrangements
Handling director disqualification and misfeasance claims
Asset recovery and cross-border insolvency issues
Working closely with the wider commercial and litigation teams
There is also the opportunity to get involved in business development and play a key part in the strategic growth of the department.
What Were Looking For:
A qualified solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in Business Recovery & Insolvency
Solid experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters
Strong commercial acumen and excellent client relationship skills
A collaborative and proactive approach
Experience acting for insolvency practitioners is a distinct advantage
