We are seeking an experienced and visionary Team Lead for our IT Strategy & Transformation Management team. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing IT strategy initiatives that drive our IT transformation and the implementation of our WE LOVE TECH IT-strategy.

What you can expect:

• Leadership and visionary Strategy : Lead the IT Strategy & Transformation Management team serving as a central partner for IT strategy Initiatives.

• Inspire and continuously develop the team and its members to achieve excellence in developing implementing and communicating an ambisious and engaging IT strategy.

• Operational Management: Oversee the operational management of the team including prioritizing projects and tasks allocating resources effectively and managing escalations to ensure seamless work.

• Inspire and guide a team with a heterogenous scope responsible for the follow focus areas:

  • Continuous Research & IT Strategy Update: Conduct ongoing research to stay ahead of industry trends and update our IT strategy highlighting its impact within HUGO BOSS.
  • IT Marketing & Communication: Build and manage the IT brand internally and externally overseeing all IT marketing and communication efforts.

  • IT Change Management: Lead IT Change Management to ensure adaptability and efficiency in transformations.

  • IT Training: Develop and manage the IT training strategy serving as the main contact for training governance.

Your profile:

• You have powerful leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team with a heterogenous scope

• You possess a strategic mindset fueled by a passion for technology and transformation with excellent analytical skills and a keen understanding of complex issues

• You are experience in dealing with change in both dimensions: people and process wise

• You have proven experience in one or more of the following areas IT strategy IT Change Mgmt. IT Marketing & Communication IT innovation IT Training

• You have the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and evolving environment.

• You have excellent presentation and moderation skills and a convincing personality

• You are business fluent in Englishand have a good command of MS Office especially PowerPoint and related tools
