Midas Hospitality is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team. This individual would join the current team members in assisting the creation implementation administration and processing of all HR functions including but not limited to employee relations benefits administration policies compliance recruiting hiring and termination for all hotel personnel.


What You Will Be Doing:

  • Assist in creation updating and administration of New Hire Onboarding process
  • Oversight and training on all aspects of HRIS with General Managers and other property personnel
  • Oversight and administration of substance abuse policy and testing process
  • Compile (with property assistance) necessary documentation for terminations and unemployment claims and submit to vendor in timely manner
  • Participation in background process
  • Determination and facilitation of FMLA or other related leave programs
  • Assist with Performance Review and compensation process for hotel associates
  • May train property staff on company procedures relating to payroll recruiting system turnover and other HR-related processes
  • Employee Relations - All relevant HR support to VPs GMs Area GMs and associates as needed
  • Creation and delivery of HR-related webinars and training programs
  • Participation in HR-related activities for new build hotels and acquisitions (including onboarding training orientation etc.)
  • Assist HR team with ad hoc projects as needed or assigned
  • Assist with benefit inquiries and enrollment process when needed
  • Other related responsibilities projects or initiatives may be assigned

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Associates Degree in Business Administration HR or relevant field of study or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years of progressive experience in HR field preferably with multiple entities.
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
  • Previous hospitality or F&B experience highly preferred.
