Job Description:

Octopus Digital Ltd. a leading provider of innovative digital solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Sales Lead to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Sales Pipeline Development:
    • Identify qualify and nurture potential clients through various channels including cold calling email campaigns and social media outreach.
    • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of opportunities.
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
    • Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of Octopus Digitals solutions.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals ensuring optimal pricing and terms.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients addressing their needs proactively and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:
    • Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential target segments and tailor sales pitches effectively.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration:
    • Mentor and coach the sales team providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing product development and customer success to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Track and analyze sales performance metrics including pipeline activity conversion rates and revenue generated.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record in digital sales preferably in the IT or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts including SEO SEM social media marketing and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools.
  • Self-motivated results-oriented and able to work independently.
