Learn how Premera supports our members customers and the communities that we serve through our Healthsource blog: a Senior Business Manager you will partner with the VP Compliance Ethics & Regulatory Services to manage the development and execution of strategic planning and initiatives for the division many of which have enterprise-wide impacts. In this role you will apply business expertise systems thinking analytical capabilities and program/project management to anticipate and plan for long-term needs and trends.
Youll have the opportunity to engage and consult with all levels of the division and Premera to develop and deliver on business strategies projects and programs providing regular updates to senior leadership on progress. This role requires excellent operational execution change management analytical problem-solving communication continuous improvement and cross-boundary collaboration skills. The ideal candidate is an individual with the ability to build strong relationships and successfully manage complex strategic programs while fostering a positive work culture.

The pay for this role will vary based on a range of factors including but not limited to a candidates geographic location market conditions and specific skills and experience.
The salary range for this role is posted below; we generally target up to and around the midpoint of the range.
National Plus Salary Range:
$119900.00 - $203800.00*National Plus salary range is used in higher cost of labor markets including Western Washington and Alaska.
