CNA / Caregiver needed for clients located in Irving / Dallas.
Full time hours available day and night shift.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE :
Provide client care according to a approved Plan of Care
Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
Meal preparation & light housekeeping
Provide transportation as required
Assist in providing a safe environment for client
Comply with all documentation and record keeping requirements
ROLE REQUIREMENTS :
Have at least one year of hands on experience in a home health environment*
Be available to work 30 hours / week minimum
Be able to work 12 hour shifts
Pass drug screen
Valid drivers license
Reliable car / auto insurance
Clean background and criminal record
PLEASE NOTE THE THE ABOVE ARE REQUIRED AND NOT NEGOTIABLE*
If selected provide the following :
American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR
Negative TB Results within last year
