Position: Client Relationship Manager

Location: Victoria

About the role

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager (VIC/TAS) this is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and capable individual to join our team as a Client Relationship Manager. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and profitable operations across the state including but not limited to regional Victoria (For example Warrnambool Shepparton Bendigo Ballarat Wodonga). You will develop strong relationships with clients suppliers and the broader operations team demonstrating a high level of commitment and accountability.

Key responsibilities include maintaining compliance with contractual and legislative obligations supporting operational readiness and driving positive client satisfaction. Your contribution will be instrumental in laying the foundation for ARAs continued growth and success.

Duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Effectively manage day-to-day account management and delivery of cleaning services to clients including proactive site inspections toolbox talks portfolio growth and work orders.
  • Implement a proactive approach to meet client requirements achieve expected outcomes and promote improvement. Ensure the service delivery standards and specification compliance are met.
  • Promote and monitor safe work practices. Ensure compliance with risk management quality assurance workplace health and safety and statutory and contractual obligations.
  • Induct and train new staff in alignment with the expected standards and quality of the cleaning industry.
  • Produce summary reports manage and monitor rosters and complete payroll timesheets for your assigned portfolio.

About you

As the successful candidate you will ideally be someone who strives for excellence with a continuous improvement mindset and a flexible approach remaining highly adaptable and calm even during challenging and busy times. You will ideally have:

  • Demonstrated experience in client relationship management in the cleaning industry (highly desirable).
  • Demonstrated a track record of dealing with clients suppliers and management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) and strong abilities in conflict resolution and problem-solving with a wide range of clients and internal teams
  • Proficient computer skills in the MS Office suite
  • Effective presentation organisational problem-solving multi-tasking and time management skills to efficiently prioritise and meet competitive deadlines
  • Demonstrated the ability to work as a great member of our team with the ability to exercise independence
  • Initiative and a proactive approach to work including undertaking tasks outside of core requirements
