OUR ROLE

xAmplify is a sales lead organisation where sales activities and goals drive the companys overall direction and operations. Our success is extensively influenced by sales guiding the companys strategy product/services development and growth initiatives.

As our new Enterprise Sales Executive you will hold a crucially important role in driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities cultivating relationships with key decision-makers and closing high-value deals across our portfolio of services including:

  • Consulting
  • ServiceNow
  • AI
  • Test Automation
  • DevSecOps
  • Infrastructure & Technology Engineering
  • Managed Services

Reporting to our Chief Revenue Officer you will act as conductor for our Sydney and NSW sales territory understanding the agencies and stakeholders key initiatives and buying drivers budgets and plans. In this role you will:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to expand our client base and increase the range of services delivered
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients procurement teams technology partners/vendors and the IT ecosystem to improve your efficacy and network
  • Articulate the value proposition of our solutions to address State Government Enterprise and Private Sector needs. This should encompass our individual services and enterprise solutions which spans multiple services
  • Use proactive demand generation strategies to uncover and prosecute new leads
  • Nurture and cultivate your accounts to maintain strong relationships and develop broader sales activities
  • Collaborate with our Chief Operating Officer and Capability Directors and Leads to lead and create customised proposals presentations and responses
  • Lead negotiation processes to achieve a mutually satisfactory outcome
  • Accurately forecast your sales activities and revenue
  • Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and opportunity attributes in our CRM
  • Stay informed about state government enterprise and private sector technology trends and budgeting cycles

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 5 years experience in generating new business sales with the ability to achieve set targets and KPIs
  • During interview well be going deep on your ability to drive and hit your numbers on a quarterly and annual basis so we are looking for clear demonstrated examples
  • This role will focus primarily on the selling of our professional services capabilities therefore youll have a background selling IT Services Automation (Test Automation DevSecOps) Consulting (Advisory Project Management and Organisational Change) and also ideally ServiceNow and AI.
  • Clear networks and connections within State Government Enterprise and Private Sector
  • Understanding of State Government Enterprise and Private Sector procurement actions and processes
  • Advanced communication skills including written verbal and presentation
  • A high level of organisation and time management
  • Excellent client relationship building and management skills with the ability to deal with various stakeholders and translate their needs into a complete solution
  • Ability to navigate complex or high value sales opportunities
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to think laterally and propose solutions
  • Self-starting with the ability to drive your own actions whilst also working as part of a team

THE OTHER KEY DETAILS

  • Salary $200000.00 $250000.00 base super (based on experience and demonstrated track record selling professional services)
  • An uncapped Sales Commission plan will also be available
  • This role be based in Sydney and will operate in a hybrid model from our Sydney office providing you with the opportunity to connect with our team and clients in person whilst also having time to work from home
  • Some interstate travel may also be required in conjunction with associated sales activities
  • Candidates must have full Australian working rights citizenship permanent residency or applicable visa
