What its like to be a Infant/Toddler Child Care AGS at Infant/Toddler Child Care AGS

As a new Full-Time Infant/Toddler Child Care AGS at Early Learning Connections you will engage in daily activities that promote the healthy growth and development of infants and toddlers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the classroom function provides a safe and stimulating environment. You will be expected to plan safety of children during activities transitions and routines ensuring their well-being at all times. Daily responsibilities include designing age-appropriate learning experiences observing and documenting child development and fostering positive relationships with families. You will collaborate with fellow educators to create an inclusive atmosphere guiding children through exploration and discovery.

Additionally youll maintain cleanliness and organization within the classroom to keep it conducive for learning. Your day-to-day will be filled with joy creativity and the incredible opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of young children.
