This role will be working out of our Non-Destructive Testing services division in Tempe AZ.
This Opportunity:
Certerras team is growing and we have opportunities for a motivated individual to fill an open full-time Dispatch /Administrative position for our NDT department (non- destructive testing) in our Tempeoffice.
Your Impact
Coordinate schedule and dispatch Technicians to perform testing and inspecting throughout the Phoenix AZ area.
Assisting project management
Coordinating department resources
Customer interaction
Other administrative functions as needed
The successful candidate will be encouraged to expand their skills through company provided training and mentoring.

Required Qualifications
Previous administrative experience required
This is a fast-paced position which requires multitasking use of the phone email and text communication with client representatives contractors project managers and technicians and others as applicable regarding the services to be provided.
Strong organization and planning skills
Professional attitude
Capable of working independently
Excellent oral and writing skills
Proficient with Excel Outlook MS Word Office Google Maps
Valid drivers license with clean driving record
Ability to pass a drug screen
Preferred Qualifications
Previous Construction Industry Experience
Previous dispatch experience
Previous administrative experience required
