Your primary work areas will be:
Prepare and facilitate workshops and map customers wishes and ideas
Designing solutions with digital people to meet customer needs
Document and communicate your design to developers
Be the project manager for delivering our solutions including coordination with the customer and follow-up with the development team
Present and demo our platform solutions at conferences and at customer meetings
We imagine that you have experience in some of the areas below:
Experience within user-oriented design and workshop facilitation
Experience with project management both in relation to customer projects and planning your own time
Experience designing software solutions (experience with chatbots is a plus)
Is structured and thorough and thrives on following things all the way through and keeping track of the details
At the same time you can thrive in a dynamic everyday life where things do not necessarily go as planned and where you sometimes have to think creatively
Passionate about working with customers and customer deliveries
Can run projects virtually and collaborate with customers and colleagues you primarily see online
