The Opportunity
PwCis a leading global practice in Tax Assurance and Advisory offering a wide range of professional services to major clients worldwide and therefore opportunities for newcomers to our organization.
Our Managed Services team based in Bucharest provides exceptional services for other PwC entities in Western Europe. We are currently looking for an experienced Workforce & Resource Planner.
In this role you would be working to support our client with workforce strategy and resource planning services. You will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of organization.
What you will be doing
Resource Request Management: Review and process incoming resource requests in TalentLink ensuring timely and accurate updates.
Data Quality Assurance: Maintain high data integrity by adjusting and validating key fields in TalentLink.
Job Code Management: Assess and execute the transfer of hours to newly created job codes ensuring proper allocation and generating temporary job codes as needed.
Planning Execution: Manage and execute planning activities for the Dutch SDC within TalentLink.
Data Preparation: Prepare and format data files for upload using the TalentLink upload tool and ensure all notes fields
Staff Planning Support: Collect and manage data related to indirect hours vacation and study time.
New Client Onboarding: Incorporate planning for new clients into TalentLink ensuring smooth onboarding and resource allocation.
Client Continuity Monitoring: Follow up on uncertain clients to confirm continuity; release or delete hours as necessary.
Analyze Variances: Monitor and analyze discrepancies between planned and actual booked hours ensuring alignment with project timelines and resource forecasts.
Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with the planning team to provide updates on current tasks and resource allocations.
Time Tracking Validation: Review and verify booked hours within the TalentHubs system to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
Proposal Review: Conduct checks on project proposals to validate resource planning assumptions and timelines.
What we need from you
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources Operations Management or a related field.
Fluent in English.
2 years of experience in workforce planning resource coordination or project management in Workforce project / HR Project
Familiarity with HR systems or planning tools (e.g. TalentLink TalentHubs SAP Workday or similar platforms).
Experience in a professional services consulting or shared services environment is a plus.
Analytical mindset: able to interpret data identify discrepancies and suggest improvements.
Detail-oriented: Ensures accuracy in data entry reporting and documentation.
To have the ability to respond promptly and professionally to planning-related inquiries and adjustment requests via email.
Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
