The Assets & Operations Group is focussed on ensuring the organisation remains adaptive and ahead of the climate and population changes by harnessing innovation effective management of water resources together with the strategic planning and building of infrastructure.
The Project Manager is accountable for delivering a broad program of projects that support the Infrastructure Groups objectives ensuring compliance with budget timeline and quality standards as well as relevant legislation and internal governance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
As our Project Manager youll be accountable for:
Ensuring assigned projects are delivered to specification.
Undertake project evaluations investigations and feasibility analysis.
Preparing all documentation required and ensuring the documentation meets the required standards.
Ensuring efficient and effective resource management.
Ensuring all stakeholders are engaged and expectations managed.
Ensuring all project risks are managed and business improvements are identified and actioned as required.
About you:
Demonstrated ability to establish and manage complex projects establish project teams project budgets and forecasts and timeframes (substantial experience required).
Proven record in management and delivery of complex projects applying sound and appropriate engineering principles and practices including management of work schedules and budgets.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships as well as effectively consult influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve win/win outcomes.
Tertiary qualification in an appropriate engineering or scientific discipline preferably postgraduate level or postgraduate qualification in Project Management.

Salary:
The salary and conditions for this position will be as per the Coliban Water Enterprise Agreement 2021 Band 4 $93548 - $112895 Superannuation salary range will be offered to the successful candidate commensurate with their skills and experience.
