We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist & Designer to join our team. This hybrid role combines strong design skills with a solid understanding of marketing strategy and execution. You will play a key role in developing visually compelling materials and executing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness engagement and growth
Mission:
Execute & support the marcom activity & marketing campaigns execution.
Your responsibilities:
- Design marketing assets including brochures presentations social media content email templates communication materials and product sheets among others.
- Work closely with Product Marketing and Communication teams to ensure consistent brand identity across all channels.
- Collaborate on the planning and execution of digital and offline campaigns (email marketing social media events web content).
- Support the creation of landing pages banners and visuals for digital advertising.
- Coordinate with external agencies printers or freelancers when needed.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of internal content libraries (templates icon sets brand guidelines).
- Implement & use AI capabilities to easy & fast adapt the communication materials & marcom assets to the different countries & languages.
To succeed in this role youll need a positive attitude and the following:
- Graphic Design Marketing Communication or a related field.
- Languages: Proficient professional English (written & spoken) & Spanish.
- 2 years of experience in a marketing and/or design role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator InDesign Photoshop) and tools like Canva or Figma.
- Experience with marketing platforms (e.g. HubSpot Mailchimp) and social media scheduling tools.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or web design is a plus.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
