Job Description
Position Overview:
- Lead technical teams in web development projects using JavaScript and Spring Boot.
- Ensure high-quality code delivery and drive technical innovation.
- Mentor and guide team members through design development and implementation phases.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and mentor technical teams in designing developing and implementing web applications with JavaScript and Spring Boot.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and provide solutions aligned with business objectives.
3. Drive technical innovation by staying current with the latest web technologies and incorporating best practices.
4. Conduct code reviews offer technical guidance and troubleshoot complex issues to deliver robust scalable web solutions.
5. Define technical architecture design patterns and coding standards for web projects.
6. Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements provide project updates and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Proficient in JavaScript HTML CSS and frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Strong experience developing microservices with the Spring Boot framework.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs database systems and cloud services.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices (CI/CD).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication teamwork and leadership abilities.
Preferred Certifications:
- Certifications in Web Development JavaScript or Spring Boot are a plus.
Primary Skill:
- Modern Application Development Microservices with Spring Boot.
